My yoga practice base on Iyengar method which I have been practicing for 14 years. This in depth method became the base for my personal development as a practitioner and later as a teacher of yoga. Yoga is a journey and further you go the more methods, techniques and options you discover. Now I can offer you a number of different classes:

HATHA YOGA -  Iyengar based yoga practice - calm, detailed focused practice, guiding students slowly through the yoga poses (asanas) step by step, gently preparing for more complicated poses.

CHACKRA YOGA - by using yoga poses (asanas), breathing (pranayamas) and some meditation techniques helps to move your inner energy to open up the body and go through some blockages and stiffness on both a physical and psychological level.

VINYASA FLOW - powerful, flowing yoga method, really warming up the body, helping to strengthen and stretch easily and happily through constant fluid movement. In that practice I use my dance education and experience a lot.

RESTORATIVE YOGA - a softer, easier version of yoga, focused on stretching and relaxing, involves pranayamas (breathing techniques), meditation, mantras (repetitive singing) and mudras (finger poses).




My regular yoga class starts with short relaxation which helps to disconnect us from daily routine and prepares body and mind for the further practice. Each of my class finishes with deep relaxation and simple mantras or pranayamas which integrate, calms and refresh whole the body. Some of the classes are more intense and powerful and some slower and detailed focused. There are many ways to teach yoga. My way is to be flexible, listen to my students and adjust the practice to their need, to be able to offer them full and deep experience with yoga.
