BODY BALANCE


Body Balance is blend of Yoga, Pilates and Tai Chi set to great music. It is holistic form of exercise which stimulates the body and mind to function better. It strengthens whole body, tones up muscles, stretches tendons and joints, energizes and brings you relaxation. Tai Chi warming you up in a soft and easy way to prepare your body for a workout session. The middle part of the class consists mainly of yoga techniques which both strengthen and stretch working body parts, help to improve your coordination and balance. It also regulates breath, calms your mind and makes your inner energy flowing which helps to oxygenate and detoxify whole system. Abdominal exercises strengthen the lower back and pelvis area (core) to keep spine and pelvic floor muscles in good condition. Final guided relaxation calms you down and you leave the studio with positive energy and power to carry on!




FACE FITNESS 


In the spring of 2018 I become FaceFitness trainer. Face fitness, it is a particular training of a very small muscles of the face which loose their firmness with the aging process. The effect of systematic gymnastics is to strengthen muscle tissues, improve skin elasticity and tension, and thus smooth out wrinkles and improve the shape of the face. Its main purpose is to improve the flexibility of the face, smoothing it, reducing the appearance of wrinkles and preventing the formation of new ones. This method is is very well examined and checked out by many followers of that method. It is prepared by beauty coach and PhD in Sport Science. It is natural, easy and very effective.

POLISH SPORT ACADEMY is the market leader in Fitness&Aerobics training with team of outstanding, highly qualified teachers. I got my qualification in 2013 and since that time I have been working to develop my own fitness routine based on yoga and cardio exercises.
