CYRKULACJE


CYRKULACJE it is a dance and movement festival which takes place in Wrocław, since its inauguration in 2010 it has grown from a small function to an important national event which, with its unique character and open formula, attracts both amateurs and professionals from the dance and performing art fields. Now it is one of the most recognized and respected Polish dance festivals. CYRKULACJE is a 5 day festival which consists of several different types of workshops. flagship classes, called creative pathways are oriented to work in a process, which may or may not finish with a final show – top Polish teachers and foreign guests are invited to lead the paths. In addition to the mainstream, the festival offers evening laboratories and morning warming up activities, which are open to all interested, not just festival participants. These classes give young artists and beginner teachers a chance to present themselves to a broader audience and create even more space for creative exploration for the participants. Each evening of the festival features performances, shows and concerts.. The festival’s main events are the evening dance jams, where participants express their spontaneity, passion and skills. These jams are often accompanied with live music created by local Wroclaw musicians. Thanks to the support and kindness of the Grotowski Institute, the festival takes place in the beautiful studio “Na Grobli”, situated on the river, which offers unique working conditions in one common space, giving the chance to create a truly friendly and relaxed atmosphere for which the festival is well known and appreciated.

WALK ME

It is been quite a long time I did not write a post. Long and very intense. Just after the festival  I started anew job.This plus teaching yoga took all my time and energy, but it did not stop me to plan a little holiday with my lovely boyfriend. This time we planned to walk together a piece of Camino de Santiago in North Spain. Matty was already walking it from 3 weeks and made over 650 km (!) and I supposed to join him in the last bit of 100 km. The plan was perfect. But the reality as always, a bit more complicated. My flight was declined and everything became helter-scelter. But nothing would stopped me to fly and meet Matty on the end of his walk. I was accompanying him for those 3 weeks, listening to his thoughts, cheering him up when was needed and sharing the moments of joy and love for the nature, people and Camino itself. WATERLEMON

For more than 3 years I have had that habit of drinking warm lemon water in the mornings. Apart from its detoxification properties it is just such a nice and pleasant feeling when you put something slightly warmer than your body temperature and a bit zesty into your tummy as a first thing after wake up:) I am never on diet, I hate diets to be honest, yes, I eat healthy, but...I am not obsessed with it, I do sports, but not like crazy. Everybody knows that we should drink a lot of water, but I don't like just plain water! So to hydrate myself a little bit more I started to drink water with lemon... And now I call it my medicine . Since I have started drinking it I have found these unexpected benefits, I: lost weight , without ever being on diet solved digestion problems gotten rid of skin and facial problems No more cellulite !!! that's the best one! strengthened immune system (especially in Autumn and Winter time/in these seasons I used to put some ginger too...

MOONCUP REVIEW

The mystery of mooncup, now discovered :)  Some time ago I heard this word  and I fell in love immediately. With the word, not with the mooncup. It took me another 2 or 3 years to discover what exactly it was. Now, I am a happy user of  the eco-friendly, money-saving and comfy cup which collects my 'moonly' coming dose of unnecessary blood mixed with potential of new life.Well...it is what period is, no?
